En Andamur apostamos por la estabilidad laboral de nuestros trabajadores.

El 94% de las contrataciones realizadas en 2022 en la empresa fueron contratos indefinidos, lo que refleja un enfoque en la estabilidad laboral para los nuevos empleados.

Hay que señalar también que el 96% de las jornadas laborales son a tiempo completo. Esto puede ser beneficioso tanto para los empleados, al brindarles una mayor estabilidad financiera, como para la empresa misma.
