#Takeing
CareOf
WhatMatters
The Andamur sustainability model, titled #TakingCareOfWhatMatters, revolves around 5 FOCUS AREAS based on the main norms and standards of social responsibility, as well as actively listening to our stakeholders. Below we report on the actions carried out in 2024.

Equal opportunities are one of our core principles.
We firmly believe that talent has no gender, and that a fair, diverse, and inclusive work environment is key to the sustainable development of our organization.
We have an Equality Plan in place, which includes specific measures to ensure equity in all areas: recruitment, internal promotion, training, work-life balance, inclusive communication, pay equity, and harassment prevention. In addition, we have an Equality Committee responsible for monitoring progress and proposing continuous improvements.
In 2024, Andamur’s total workforce consisted of 243 people, of whom 156 were women (64.2%) and 87 men (35.8%), maintaining a balanced and positive trend toward gender equality.
A diverse and inclusive work environment is not only a reflection of today’s society but also a strength for facing the challenges of the future.
We promote an organizational culture based on respect, fairness, and freedom, where every person feels valued for what they contribute—regardless of age, origin, or any other personal or social condition.
Throughout 2024, we have continued to strengthen an environment where the diversity of experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives enriches coexistence and enhances decision-making. Our intergenerational workforce combines experience and youth, fostering mutual learning and creating a more resilient and dynamic culture.
We also promote cultural inclusion with teams made up of people from different nationalities, and we develop recruitment, training, and career development policies based solely on talent and attitude.

Training is a strategic tool to foster the personal and professional development of our team.
We are committed to a culture of continuous learning that not only strengthens individual skills but also contributes to providing excellent service to our customers.
We believe that investing in training is investing in the future. Training is a key pillar of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, as it helps to consolidate internal talent, adapt to changes in the sector, and move toward a more sustainable, innovative, and people-oriented company model.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for designing, coordinating, and evaluating the Annual Training Plan, which draws on two main sources:
Pre-planned actions or training that requires periodic renewal (due to regulations, safety, or technical updates).
Training requested directly by employees, in coordination with their supervisors, ensuring a better fit with the real needs of each position and department.
Ensuring that all Andamur employees work in a safe and healthy environment is one of our core commitments in the area of People.
To guarantee safety, well-being, and satisfaction in the workplace, we implement essential measures in the design and layout of our facilities, as well as in the configuration of workstations and equipment. All these actions aim to promote the health and well-being of our employees, with a clear priority on the prevention of occupational risks.
These measures are designed to provide an appropriate level of safety, thus avoiding situations that could compromise the integrity and health of our workforce.
The Occupational Risk Prevention Plan is managed through external prevention services, with the collaboration of all necessary specialties: occupational safety, hygiene, occupational medicine, ergonomics, and applied psychosociology. This ensures compliance with medical surveillance protocols and all other procedures required by Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention.
The Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OHS Committee), responsible for overseeing the implementation of safety and health actions, met regularly throughout the year to monitor progress toward established goals. In addition, this committee—comprising representatives from areas such as Human Resources, Quality, and Service Areas—defines future objectives and establishes mechanisms for consultation and participation.

The driver is, and will continue to be, the true protagonist of road transport.
At Andamur, we recognize their essential role through a comprehensive approach that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through high-quality rest areas, healthy eating options, on-the-road fitness initiatives, and emotional support programs, we work to ensure that every stop is a place where drivers feel cared for.

Small actions that help drivers take care of their physical health and well-being on the road.
Caring for drivers goes far beyond offering good facilities or ensuring physical rest.
It also means paying attention to their emotional well-being — to those moments when a small gesture can make a big difference during a demanding and often solitary workday. That’s why we develop initiatives that connect with their most personal side:
Fall in Love with Your Cabin
To celebrate St. Christopher’s Day, Andamur paid tribute to drivers with the “Fall in Love with Your Cabin” giveaway — an initiative designed to transform their most personal space: the truck cabin. The prize consisted of a complete customization designed by Laura Araque, an expert in truck interior design. It included functional, decorative, and ergonomic accessories such as an orthopedic mattress, lumbar cushions, back support, and relaxing footwear, among others.

Kings’ Super Pack: A Gift for the True Kings of the Road
At Andamur, we understand what it means to spend Three Kings’ Night working — far from home and loved ones. That’s why, in January, we wanted to be close to those who keep everything moving, even on such special dates: the drivers.
We launched the Kings’ Super Pack, a gift created so that those on the road could surprise their families with a special detail — or simply give themselves a moment of joy. An initiative full of symbolism and care, meant to emotionally reconnect with those who live each journey far away, yet with their hearts close to home.

Commitment to society has been part of Andamur’s DNA since its beginnings.
For the López Sánchez family, contributing to people’s well-being and supporting those most in need is not just a responsibility but a vocation that permeates the company’s culture.
Throughout 2024, we have strengthened this commitment through charitable actions, collaborations with social organizations, and awareness campaigns aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable groups, promoting healthy habits, and supporting equal opportunities.
All these initiatives are aligned with our sustainability strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — in particular SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

We channelled our support through the Segura Food Bank, which managed the purchase and distribution of essential products — such as milk, flour, sugar, and ready meals — among the most affected towns: Paiporta, Albal, Aldaia, Picanya, Sedaví, Benetússer, and Alfafar.
Throughout the month of April, we covered the total cost of all bread consumed by the foundation’s users, coinciding with the anniversary of the opening of our El Límite Service Area. In addition, part of the Andamur team took part in a volunteer and awareness day at the foundation’s soup kitchen, learning firsthand about their work and the growing number of people they assist.
In 2023, Jesús Abandonado provided more than 244,000 meal services, an increase of 11.2% compared to the previous year, confirming the rising need for support from committed organizations. With this initiative, we reaffirm our partnership with those who work every day for the well-being of the most vulnerable.

Through this collaboration, we helped the organization continue ensuring access to basic food supplies for the most vulnerable families in the Region of Murcia. In addition, we made an extra contribution of €5,500 to purchase a significant quantity of canned tuna, a staple product that the organization had identified as a priority need.
Under the slogan “Preventing Breast Cancer Is in Our Hands,” we shared videos featuring four female truck drivers — Karima Bustamante, Mar González, Eva García, and Andrea García — with advice from the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) on self-examination, early detection, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, on October 19, we distributed the AECC’s official bracelet to all customers at our Service Areas, and every member of the Andamur team received the campaign highlighter “With You, Pink Is More Than a Color,” along with preventive information materials.
Through the “Commercial Challenge” program, all members of our sales team take on internal challenges where they can demonstrate their knowledge, effort, and performance.
Last year, our winning colleagues were Miguel Ángel Piernas and Mari Ángeles Segovia Montiel, who were given the opportunity to choose the organizations to which a €1,000 donation would be made.
The selected associations were:
Mi Princesa Rett Association, which brings together girls with Rett Syndrome and their families, providing them with services and support to improve their life expectancy and quality of life.
ADICA, an organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities lead the most inclusive and active lives possible.
We continue to collaborate with Oikía, a shelter for street children in Bolivia. For the past 15 years, in partnership with Caritas Diocese of Cartagena, we have made a significant donation at the beginning of each year to support the essential work this organization carries out in the country.

Portugal
Friends of the Little Ones’ Nest Association
An institution that shelters children aged 0 to 6 who are in situations of risk, most of them from vulnerable families and referred directly from the maternity wards of Coimbra. Its mission is to provide a safe, caring, and stable environment that promotes their overall development while working toward a permanent family solution — either returning to their biological family or integrating into a new home.
Poland
Parents and Guardians Association for Children with Disabilities, Shared Care “Wspólna Troska”
An organization dedicated to increasing the professional, social, and physical activity of people with disabilities, as well as fostering and promoting the idea of a strong civil society.
At Andamur, we firmly believe in sport as a tool to promote healthy lifestyle habits, especially among young people.
That’s why, throughout 2024, we strengthened our support for local sports clubs located near our Service Areas, generating a positive impact in the communities where we operate.
Among the sponsored teams are: U.E. La Jonquera (La Jonquera), LUA Club Baloncesto Lumbreras (Lorca), Huércal-Overa CF (El Límite), CD Íberos Rugby Linares (Guarromán), Club Ciclista Berritxaco (Pamplona), Sociedad Deportiva Salvatierra (San Román), and Club de Pádel and CF Llers (La Jonquera–Llers).
We also supported sports events such as the Peñarrubia Lorca Trail, the Lorca Half Marathon, the Lorca Freestyle Championship, the WKB Open Ciudad del Sol, and the Embruixada Llers Race.
At the international level, we sponsored ARVC – Associação Ruínas Volley Clube in Portugal and Koszykarski Klub Sportowy Tarnowskie Góry in Poland, reaffirming our commitment to physical well-being, social cohesion, and sport as a driver of inclusion.

We achieved carbon neutrality by completing the fifth “Calculate–Reduce–Offset” cycle, which we began in 2018. As a result, we obtained the Carbon Footprint, Offset, and CO₂ Absorption Projects Registry Seal from the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITERD).
For the third consecutive year, we completed the cycle through official emission offsetting by signing an agreement with the Forestry Association of Galicia, a non-profit organization that brings together forest owners across the region.
Through this partnership, we offset 715 tCO₂e (Scopes 1 + 2) emitted in 2023 by reforesting over 4.15 hectares in the Sela Community Forest (Pontevedra), which was severely affected by a wildfire in 2016.
Since the beginning of this collaboration, we have planted a total of 18,500 trees, offsetting 2,044 tCO₂e and restoring an area equivalent to four football fields. This initiative not only mitigates our environmental impact but also contributes to ecosystem recovery and the creation of shared environmental value.
Commitment to the environment is a fundamental aspect for Andamur; that is why we implement measures that promote responsible consumption in every possible area.
Actions carried out:
Waste Management
Energy Consumption and Photovoltaic Energy
Restoration Project of the Communal Forest of Paradela de Bemil
We are committed to cleaner, more efficient, and more responsible mobility, moving toward a multi-energy model that combines different sources with a lower environmental impact.
This vision takes shape both in our own Service Areas and through the continuous expansion of our International Network.
We currently have 16 stations in Spain, including Andamur Guarromán and Andamur La Jonquera, as well as 7 stations in France and 7 in Belgium, allowing our customers to refuel with gas as an alternative to conventional diesel. This solution helps reduce CO₂ emissions and other pollutants associated with road transport.
We are also advancing in electric charging infrastructure for light vehicles, incorporating fast and ultra-fast charging points at our main Service Areas:
Andamur San Román and Andamur Pamplona: three 50 kW fast-charging points each, capable of reaching 80% charge in just 15–20 minutes.
Andamur La Jonquera and Andamur Guarromán: ultra-fast charging spaces with a total power capacity of 1.4 MW, distributed across 8 individual charging points of 350 kW each. This infrastructure significantly reduces waiting times, enhancing the user experience.
In addition, across our international network in Europe, we have stations in France and Poland equipped with electric charging points, supporting the energy transition in professional transport.
Sustainability requires not only a strong commitment to legal compliance but also voluntary participation in initiatives that promote higher and more ambitious standards.
That’s why our environmental management model is based on strict compliance with current regulations and active collaboration with organizations and institutions that foster continuous improvement.
With our Corporate Forests we support biodiversity and contribute to the fight against desertification in the South of Spain.
Environmental Regulations
Our activity is subject to multiple regulations, which we apply across all our facilities and operations:
European environmental regulations, generally applicable to our operations within the EU.
National, regional, and local regulations covering water, energy, emissions, effluents, waste, and air quality.
In addition to the regulatory framework, at Andamur we adhere to voluntary agreements and commitments that strengthen our environmental strategy:
Voluntary registration with MITERD for the calculation, reduction, and offsetting of our carbon footprint.
Collaboration with the Forestry Association of Galicia for the reforestation of areas affected by wildfires.
Participation in sector initiatives, international certifications, and corporate sustainability commitments.
Following the performance evaluation of Andamur’s EMS (Environmental Management System), we have obtained a result of 97,32% of the objectives set. You can download this file in high quality by clicking here.

Information protection is a strategic pillar for Andamur.
In 2024, we maintained our cybersecurity audits and renewed the ISO 27001 standard, while implementing major technological improvements focused on security, efficiency, and digital transformation.
Key actions include:
Implementation of SD-WAN across our Service Areas, optimizing connectivity, strengthening transaction security, and enabling centralized and efficient network management.
Deployment of load balancers to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of key digital services such as internal platforms and payment systems.
Preparation of a private cloud for the migration of our servers in 2025, with the goal of centralizing resources, improving energy efficiency, and strengthening the security of our technological infrastructure.
Continuous system updates, incorporating security patches, functional enhancements, and technology compatibility improvements to ensure operational reliability and protection against potential threats.
