

Andamur is pleased to present our third Corporate Social Responsibility Report. This report brings together all the initiatives, achievements and commitments made throughout 2022 based on our “Taking Care of What Matters” CSR plan, revolving around 5 main areas of action: people, driver care, social commitment, environment and corporate governance.
With the presentation of this report, we strengthen our commitment to a business model in which proximity and active listening to all stakeholders are the cornerstones of our company.
The report adheres to the GRI standards and, once again, it demonstrates our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), envisaging them as an opportunity and a means to do business in a more responsible way.
All our sustainability reports have been produced in partnership with the University of Murcia’s CSR Department, and it was alongside them that we also marked the starting point of our CSR work with a materiality assessment undertaken in 2020 that allowed us to identify our stakeholders and their main concerns, helping us to define the areas that we would outline in our CSR reports. The assessment was carried out again in the summer of 2023 and will guide the company’s CSR strategy for the next three years.
CSR is something that has been present in our company since its inception but it is reinforced with each Sustainability Report that we present, reporting on all the action we have taken over the year.
Corporate Social Responsibility is the means to manage companies while considering their impact on stakeholders, ensuring economic growth, respecting the environment and committing to the improvement of society. Which is why we do so at Andamur alongside all our stakeholders.
In the days leading up to the presentation of the report, we have shared some of the main CSR milestones we have reached on our social media channels through our best ambassadors, the Andamur team.
During our internal presentation event, we shared the compilation video of all these milestones and all our workers were able to contribute with what they understand CSR to be at Andamur and the actions they would include in the plan in 2024. At all our workplaces our team then enjoyed a special breakfast.
