What is iAndamur?
It’s the Andamur programme to systematise innovation, harness business ideas and foster a culture of innovation, promoting intrapreneurship. It builds relationships with external partners to multiply RD&I.
What does the iAndamur programme involve?
Through workshops to stimulate innovation, we generate a lot of ideas which go to our incubator; the selected ideas are implemented following a methodology that we developed ourselves based on Lean Startup.

Andamur RD&i Policy
Fostering a culture of innovation throughout the organisation via a programme of incentives and recognition for the generation of business ideas, promoting corporate intrapreneurship, accepting the risk inherent in innovating with different ideas and including innovation in the company’s training content.
Promoting collaboration with universities, technology centres, startups, specialised RD&I providers and strategic allies to develop new business models and promote knowledge sharing, thereby multiplying the company’s RD&I.
Implementing an innovation management system that enables planning and validation of compliance with objectives, business idea gathering, innovation funding, intellectual property management, structuring a technological monitoring and foresight system, human capital management and continuous improvement of the system itself.
Disseminating the knowledge generated by the RD&I both internally within the organisation and externally with the appropriate confidentiality restrictions to safeguard our business activity.
