Andamur quality

At Andamur, we work with an Integral Quality Management System. Our goal is to remain in the quality field’s avant-garde.

Andamur has the ISO:27001: Information Security Management System certification that grants the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client’s data usage.

Likewise, the ISO 9001: 2015 certification validates Andamur’s Quality Management system.

All Andamur Service Areas are certified with the ‘Seal of Quality’ SOG, a seal which guarantees the costumer that the fuel acquired complies with the highest quality standards. Likewise, Andamur Service Areas are the only ones with this seal in the regions of Navarra, Álava, Almería and Murcia.

Andamur Service Areas also have the UNE 175001-6 Quality of Service in Service Areas standard certification. This certification, granted by AENOR (Spanish Association of Standardisation and Certification), ensures certain quality requirements in the selling of fuel, propellant and other forms of energy. In addition, it refers to the provision of the rest of the services we offer to our clients (with the exception of restaurants and hotels). The seal, therefore, manifests the ‘Attention to Client’ certification.
