AboutWhat
Matters

Andamur’s sustainability model, known as #WeCareAboutWhatMatters, revolves around six pillars based on the leading Social Responsibility standards and frameworks, as well as the active listening of our stakeholders. Below, we report on the actions carried out during 2025.

People
People

People continue to be the cornerstone on which Andamur builds its business activity.

Our corporate culture, based on proximity, commitment, professionalism and teamwork, continues to guide every decision and project undertaken by the company.

SDGs 3, 4, 5, 8, 10

Equal Opportunities

  • Equal Opportunities
  • Diversity and an Inclusive Work Environment
  • Employment
  • Training
  • Healthy and Safe Working Environment

Equal opportunities are one of our fundamental principles. We firmly believe that talent has no gender and that a fair, diverse and inclusive work environment is key to the sustainable development of our organization.

Our Equality Plan includes specific measures aimed at ensuring fairness in areas such as recruitment, internal promotion, training, work-life balance, inclusive communication, compensation policies and harassment prevention.

In addition, we have an Equality Committee responsible for monitoring these measures and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

In 2025, Andamur’s workforce consisted of 258 employees, of whom 166 were women (64.34%) and 92 were men (35.66%), maintaining a positive trend toward increasingly balanced representation.

We promote a corporate culture based on respect, fairness and equal opportunities, where each individual is valued for their talent, contribution and potential, regardless of age, origin or any other personal or social condition.

Throughout 2025, we continued strengthening an inclusive working environment where the diversity of experiences, backgrounds and perspectives is a key factor in enriching coexistence, fostering innovation and supporting stronger, more representative decision-making.

Our intergenerational workforce, combining experience and youth, encourages continuous learning and contributes to building a more dynamic, resilient and collaborative organization.

Likewise, we are committed to cultural diversity through teams composed of professionals from different nationalities and backgrounds, in line with the international nature of our business and our strong customer focus.

We create stable, high-quality jobs aligned with our corporate values. Our people management model is based on professionalism, proximity and mutual commitment, fostering long-term development opportunities and promoting working conditions that encourage motivation, well-being and talent retention.

During 2025, the Human Resources Department actively participated in several employment fairs, including UMU Employer Fest and ENAE Future Jobs. These events provided an opportunity to showcase the professional opportunities available at Andamur, strengthen our employer brand and connect with young, highly qualified talent.

By the end of 2025, Andamur employed 258 people across the group companies GP Límite Andamur and Road Solution Pro.

Our commitment to stable employment is reflected in the high percentage of permanent contracts, which represent 96% of the workforce. Likewise, 92.2% of employees work full-time, demonstrating our commitment to creating structured, stable jobs with long-term prospects.

We also promote a work environment that supports work-life balance through a range of social benefits and measures:

  • Work-life balance initiatives
  • Flexible working hours
  • Fuel discount card
  • Christmas gift basket
  • New baby gift basket
  • Remote working
  • Private health insurance
  • English classes
  • Employee recognition awards based on corporate values (María Dolores Awards)
  • Intensive working hours every Friday throughout the year and from June 15 to September 15 (office staff)

We regard training as a key element for sustainable organizational growth and for the comprehensive development of our people. For this reason, we promote a culture of continuous learning aimed at developing talent, improving professional skills and responding effectively to the challenges of a constantly evolving environment.

The development of our teams is a strategic pillar within our people management policy and Social Responsibility strategy.

The Human Resources Department leads the design, coordination and monitoring of the annual Training Plan, which is developed through two complementary approaches:

  • Training initiatives planned by the organization, linked to regulatory requirements, prevention and safety.
  • Training activities proposed by employees themselves, in coordination with their managers, allowing learning to be tailored to the specific needs of each role and business area.

Throughout 2025, a total of 3,715 training hours were completed.

Ensuring that all members of the Andamur team can carry out their work in a safe and healthy environment is a fundamental pillar of our people management strategy.

To this end, we continuously promote initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, well-being and satisfaction in the workplace. These actions cover both the design and adaptation of our facilities and the arrangement of workstations and equipment.

Occupational risk prevention is a strategic priority, promoting environments that support employees’ overall well-being.

The measures implemented aim to ensure an optimal level of protection, minimizing the likelihood of incidents that could affect the physical integrity or health of team members.

Our Occupational Risk Prevention Plan is developed through external prevention services that provide all required specialties: workplace safety, industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, ergonomics and applied psychosociology.

The Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OHSC), a joint participatory body, meets regularly throughout the year to monitor compliance with health and safety objectives.

In 2025, two initiatives were launched to promote employee well-being:

  • 1st Health and Well-being Conference
  • 2nd Andamur Padel Tournament
Care for drivers and transport companies
Care for drivers and transport companies

Drivers are essential to the transport sector.

We recognize the importance of professional drivers and the need to promote their well-being in every possible area. For this reason, we develop a variety of initiatives to ensure they feel supported and valued.

SDGs 3, 9, 17

Health and Well-being

  • Health and Well-being
  • Take Care of Your Health on the Road
  • Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

Three Kings Super Pack Prize Draw

Through this prize draw, we aim to give winning drivers the opportunity to spend quality time with their families during this special holiday season.

Opening of Andamur San Román II

In July, we organized a special weekend for truck drivers. Andamur San Román II hosted an event designed to facilitate rest, offer direct gifts and encourage the use of its secure parking area. Activities included a Fun Zone, a giant Scalextric track and a Food Truck.

Barber Truck at Andamur La Junquera

We joined Alpega’s RoadHeroes movement by offering a free barber service to pay tribute to drivers and recognize their efforts.

On May 17 and 18, professional drivers visiting Andamur La Junquera enjoyed complimentary haircuts and beard trims in a space dedicated to their well-being and appreciation.

As every October, we launched several healthy and charitable initiatives.

“Your Kilometres Count” Solidarity Smoothie Bikes

At Andamur Pamplona and Andamur Guarromán, drivers took part in a unique activity where pedaling powered blender bikes to prepare healthy smoothies. The kilometres accumulated by participants were converted into food donations for the Food Banks of Navarra (800 kg) and Jaén (1,200 kg).

Healthy Corners

To mark World Healthy Nutrition Day (October 16), we installed free fruit stations in all our service areas for one week.

Every year, we strive to improve our facilities and infrastructure while incorporating all necessary services to create the best possible environment for drivers.

WOW Women on the Way

The shortage of professional drivers across Europe is well documented, with estimates indicating that at least 400,000 drivers are needed to meet industry demand.

At the same time, gender disparity in the transport sector has remained a long-standing challenge.

Against this backdrop, 2025 was a key year for the development of Andamur’s WOW Women on the Way initiative.

SDG 5

3rd International Women and Transport Sector Forum

  • 3rd International Women and Transport Sector Forum
  • 1st WOW Awards
  • I Am a Truck Driver

On February 20, we held the 3rd International Women and Transport Sector Forum at the Málaga Automobile Museum, highlighting the role of women in transportation and addressing issues such as gender equality and future opportunities in the sector.

At the end of 2024, Andamur launched the WOW Awards, a competition exclusively recognizing women in the transport sector. The awards ceremony took place during the 3rd International Women and Transport Sector Forum.

Through three award categories, we recognized outstanding achievements in:

  • A Life on Wheels
  • Business Career Excellence
  • Innovative Management

Strong, capable, truck drivers: women.

For the seventh consecutive year, we reaffirmed our commitment to increasing the visibility of women truck drivers.

To celebrate International Women’s Week, all women truck drivers visiting our Service Areas from March 3 to March 9 received a special gift consisting of a windbreaker jacket and a cap from the campaign collection.

Environment
Environment

Respect for the environment is a core principle guiding our activities and decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.

We maintain a strong commitment to environmental sustainability by integrating environmental protection criteria into our processes, investments and operations. Our goal is to continuously reduce our environmental impact and actively contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

SDGs 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17

Carbon Footprint Management

  • Carbon Footprint Management
  • Sustainable Mobility and Energy Transition
  • Regulatory Compliance and Voluntary Agreements
  • Identification and Assessment of Environmental Aspects

For the fourth consecutive year, we completed the management cycle of our carbon footprint through the official offsetting of emissions under an agreement with the Galicia Forestry Association, a non-profit organization representing forest owners in the region.

Under this collaboration, 512 tCO₂ corresponding to 2024 emissions were offset through reforestation projects, covering 100% of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and 6.75% of Scope 3 emissions.

We promote cleaner, more efficient and responsible mobility by advancing toward a multi-energy model that integrates lower-impact energy sources.

We offer gas refuelling, electric vehicle charging stations and HVO refuelling points.

Sustainability requires not only compliance with existing legislation but also voluntary participation in initiatives that promote increasingly ambitious standards.

Therefore, our environmental management model is based on strict regulatory compliance and active collaboration with organizations and institutions that foster continuous improvement and sustainable value creation.

Following the performance evaluation of Andamur’s Environmental Management System (EMS), we achieved 96.36% of our established objectives.

Social commitment
Social commitment

Our commitment to society stems from our conviction that organizations should give back part of the value they receive from society.

Throughout 2025, we continued strengthening this commitment through a range of charitable initiatives and partnerships with social organizations.

SDGs 1, 2, 3, 10 and 17

Bread Month with Fundación Jesús Abandonado

  • Bread Month with Fundación Jesús Abandonado
  • Banco de Alimentos del Segura
  • International Breast Cancer Day
  • Oikía
  • Ronald McDonald Family Room
  • Cirugía Solidaria
  • Murcia Institute for Health Research
  • Sports Sponsorships

For the eighth consecutive year, we partnered with Fundación Jesús Abandonado by covering the full cost of the bread consumed throughout April in its social dining facilities.

We renewed our commitment to Banco de Alimentos del Segura by once again supporting its “Solidarity Nests” initiative and helping fund essential food supplies for families in need.

Together with WOW, we joined the fight against breast cancer through an awareness campaign conducted during the week of October 19, sharing four key prevention recommendations. In addition, every member of the Andamur team received the official bag of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.

Our support for Oikía’s Street Children Shelter in Bolivia, through Cáritas Diocese of Cartagena, has continued for 16 years, providing significant support for the continuation of its important work.

During the Christmas season, we launched a solidarity initiative among the Andamur team based on voluntary contributions. Through these donations, we purchased 200 plush toys that were delivered by a group of colleagues to hospitalized children.

We began collaborating through a significant donation with Cirugía Solidaria, an independent non-profit organization focused on international healthcare development cooperation.

We initiated our support for the Foundation for Health Training and Research of the Region of Murcia, the management body of the Pascual Parrilla Murcia Institute for Health Research (IMIB).

We firmly believe in sport as a driver of healthy habits, especially among young people, and as a powerful tool for social cohesion and the promotion of positive values. For this reason, we support sports clubs in the areas where our Service Areas are located, as well as various sporting events.

Corporate governance
Corporate governance

SDGs 12 and 16

Governance and Oversight Bodies

  • Governance and Oversight Bodies
  • Digital Governance and Information Security

Corporate governance is a key pillar of our sustainability strategy.

We promote a management model based on ethics, transparency and integrity, convinced that strong governance is essential for building trust among stakeholders, safeguarding our corporate values and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.

Andamur’s governance structure is organized around two main bodies:

  • Board of Directors
  • Executive Management Committee

Information protection is a strategic pillar for Andamur and a key element in building trust among our stakeholders.

In 2025, we carried out cybersecurity audits and renewed our ISO 27001 certification.

We also implemented important technological improvements aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation:

  • Implementation of a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system
  • Preparation of a private cloud environment
  • Deployment of load balancers
  • Continuous systems updates and improvements
Sustainability Report 2024

We understand the 17 SDGs as an opportunity, a way of conducting our business activities in a more responsible manner.

We believe that our support for the 2030 Agenda is a clear example of Andamur’s strong commitment to creating value and contributing to the progress of Spanish and European society. We are fully convinced that “the best way to chart a roadmap towards achieving these goals is through empirical data,” as stated by the United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, in the foreword to The Sustainable Development Goals Report.

At Andamur, we work particularly closely on the following SDGs:
