RULES OF THE 2022/2023 FIND THE TRIP TO DISNEYLAND IN THE ROSCÓN (RING-SHAPED CAKE) COMPETITION

 

The company GP LÍMITE ANDAMUR, S.L whose address is Polígono Industrial Saprelorca, planta 3ª, buzón nº 280, C.P: 30817 Lorca (Murcia), holder of CIF B-30424762, is holding the “2022/2023 Find the Trip to Disneyland in the Roscón (ring-shaped cake) competition”.

This competition is open to all customers who avail of an Andamur service (refuelling, use of the showers, consumption in the restaurant, security parking, etc.) on 5th January 2023 in the Andamur Service Areas (El Límite, La Junquera, La Junquera-Llers, Guarromán, Lorca, Pamplona and San Román), as they will receive a free roscón (ring-shaped cake), one of which will contain the prize of a Trip to Disneyland Paris for 4 people, half board, for 3 nights and 4 days.

The winner must travel between 30th January and 31st May 2023.

 

  1. HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS

This competition is open to all customers who avail of an Andamur service (refuelling, use of the showers, consumption in the restaurant, security parking, etc.) on 5th January 2023 in the Andamur Service Areas (El Límite, La Junquera, La Junquera-Llers, Guarromán, Lorca, Pamplona and San Román), as they will receive a free roscón (ring-shaped cake), one of which will contain the prize of a Trip to Disneyland Paris for 4 people, half board, for 3 nights and 4 days.

The customer who finds the prize inside his/her roscón (ring-shaped cake) must contact the Andamur Team on 672 42 73 18 and the Travel Voucher will be handed over at the Service Area of the winner’s choice on an agreed date.

* Andamur Group employees and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the data protection regulations in force, the data provided by the winner shall be used by GP LÍMITE ANDAMUR, S.L. (Andamur) as Data Controller to manage the participation of those interested in taking part, to publish the winners on the Andamur website and social media profiles, as well as to send information about Andamur’s services and offers on the requested media. The winner will be announced on these platforms.

The winner is therefore obliged to sign an informed consent with regard to the transfer and use of his/her image as a prerequisite for receiving the prize, authorising Andamur to publish photographs and videos of the prize-giving ceremony and of their trip to Disneyland on the aforementioned media (website and social networks).

Andamur shall process the data exclusively for these purposes and shall not communicate them to other third parties. These data shall be retained until the data subject states otherwise or until there is a legal provision for the retention thereof. The data subject may revoke their consent, as well as request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition in accordance with the law by writing to comunicacion@andamur.com , without the withdrawal of consent rendering unlawful the processing of their data prior to the consent being withdrawn.

The organiser reserves the right to justifiably eliminate any participant who defrauds, alters or renders unusable the proper functioning and the normal course and regulation of this competition, as well as the resolution of any issue arising from this promotional activity.
