The initiative was aimed at the Andamur team and sought to promote healthy habits and integral wellbeing in the work environment
Last week, at Andamur we took another step forward in our commitment to people by celebrating the I Health and Wellness Days, an initiative aimed at a large part of our team. For several days, employees from our head office and several Service Areas participated in activities focused on self-care, physical health, emotional and financial well-being in the workplace.
Specifically the sessions were:
These sessions included practical workshops, group dynamics, informative sessions and spaces to reflect on the importance of incorporating healthy habits in both professional and personal life. Recommendations were also offered on diet, rest, stress management, physical activity and financial management. These sessions were attended by 61 members of the Andamur team, a number that we expect to increase in future editions of these sessions.
With this action, framed within our sustainability and labor welfare strategy, we seek to generate a healthier organizational culture, closer and committed to the care of those who are part of Andamur.
In the words of the organizing team of the HR Department, “these days are born with a vocation for continuity, with the aim of continuing to build together a work environment where people feel cared for, valued and accompanied”.
From Andamur we will continue to promote initiatives that reinforce our purpose: to put people at the center, starting with our own team.
