This strategic agreement strengthens our position in Catalonia, a key region for national and international transport
Road Solution Pro S.L., the company that markets the Andamur card, announces the acquisition of the fuel card business unit of GM Fuel Road. This agreement, effective from 1 December 2024, consolidates our leadership in the sector and reaffirms our commitment to sustainable and innovative growth.
With this strategic move, Andamur strengthens its presence in Catalonia, a region of great importance for the main national and international transport routes. The operation also allows us to expand our network of associated service stations and continue to be a key partner for the transport sector.
Our CEO, Miguel Ángel López, says: ‘This acquisition consolidates our commitment to excellence and innovation. Our goal is to offer comprehensive and customised solutions that facilitate the daily work of transporters’.
The acquisition includes the addition of six of GM Fuel’s key partner service stations to our network, offering hauliers greater coverage and convenience.
