Pendant plusieurs jours, les employ\u00e9s de notre si\u00e8ge social et des diff\u00e9rentes zones de service ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s ax\u00e9es sur l&#8217;auto-prise en charge, la sant\u00e9 physique, le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et financier sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les sessions \u00e9taient les suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alimentation saine et plan nutritionnel<\/strong>, avec <strong>Sergio Moya Amador<\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialiste en nutrition et di\u00e9t\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et mental<\/strong>, avec <strong>Encarna Teruel<\/strong>, experte en coaching et d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9ance de pleine conscience<\/strong>, guid\u00e9e par <strong>Mam\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> , experte en d\u00e9veloppement personnel et en intelligence \u00e9motionnelle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bien-\u00eatre financier<\/strong>, avec <strong>Asunci\u00f3n Ortega<\/strong>, experte financi\u00e8re et responsable de secteur chez Renta4, et Joaqu\u00edn Garc\u00eda, conseiller en investissement chez Renta4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces sessions comprenaient des ateliers pratiques, des dynamiques de groupe, des sessions informatives et des espaces de r\u00e9flexion sur l&#8217;importance d&#8217;incorporer des habitudes saines dans la vie professionnelle et personnelle. Des recommandations ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;alimentation, de repos, de gestion du stress, d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique et de gestion financi\u00e8re. Ces sessions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivies par 61 membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe d&#8217;Andamur, un nombre que nous esp\u00e9rons augmenter dans les prochaines \u00e9ditions de ces sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette action, qui s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre de notre strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre au travail, nous cherchons \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une culture organisationnelle plus saine, plus proche et plus engag\u00e9e dans la prise en charge des personnes qui font partie d&#8217;Andamur.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&#8217;\u00e9quipe organisatrice du d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines, <em>ces conf\u00e9rences sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 se poursuivre, dans le but de continuer \u00e0 construire ensemble un environnement de travail o\u00f9 les gens se sentent pris en charge, valoris\u00e9s et accompagn\u00e9s<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Andamur, nous continuerons \u00e0 promouvoir des initiatives qui renforcent notre objectif : placer les
