Quand le r\u00e9cipient est chaud, faites frire la \u00f1ora et l&#8217;ail. Faites attention \u00e0 ne pas br\u00fbler la \u00f1ora. Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, il deviendra amer et ne pourra pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9. Une fois frit, mettez-le dans un mortier ou une casserole o\u00f9 vous pourrez l&#8217;\u00e9craser avec la tomate, le persil, le safran et le paprika.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez pour r\u00e9duire en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux et r\u00e9server. Coupez le poivron en lamelles, \u00e9pluchez les artichauts, coupez-les en deux et r\u00e9servez dans de l&#8217;eau citronn\u00e9e pour qu&#8217;ils ne s&#8217;oxydent pas. Dans le m\u00eame r\u00e9cipient, utilisez la m\u00eame huile pour faire frire la viande pr\u00e9alablement assaisonn\u00e9e de sel et de poivre. Une fois les morceaux de viande dor\u00e9s, r\u00e9servez. Ensuite, faites frire le poivron rouge et les artichauts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ajoutez la viande :<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois la garniture termin\u00e9e, ajoutez la viande, le hachis que nous avions mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et la branche de romarin. Faites revenir pendant 2 min et ajoutez de l&#8217;eau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit compl\u00e8tement couverte, sans exc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.07.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"142\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ajoutez le riz :<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque la viande est tendre et que vous avez plus ou moins un demi-litre de bouillon dans le r\u00e9cipient (s&#8217;il y en a trop, retirez-le et r\u00e9servez-le pour une autre recette. S&#8217;il n&#8217;y en a pas assez, nous pouvons ajouter un peu plus d&#8217;eau), ajouter le riz et le colorant. Faites cuire pendant 16 minutes \u00e0 feu vif. Apr\u00e8s 16 min de cuisson, coupez la plaque de cuisson, couvrir et laisser reposer pendant 4 minutes.
