For several days, employees from our head office and several Service Areas participated in activities focused on self-care, physical health, emotional and financial well-being in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically the sessions were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Healthy Eating and Nutritional Plan<\/strong>, with <strong>Amador Sergio Moya<\/strong>, specialist in nutrition and dietetics. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Emotional and mental wellbeing<\/strong>, with <strong>Encarna Teruel<\/strong>, expert in coaching and personal development. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Mindfulness session<\/strong>, guided by <strong>Mamen Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, expert in personal growth and emotional intelligence. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial wellbeing<\/strong>, led by <strong>Asunci\u00f3n Ortega<\/strong>, financial expert and area manager at Renta4 and Joaqu\u00edn Garc\u00eda, investment advisor at Renta4. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sessions included practical workshops, group dynamics, informative sessions and spaces to reflect on the importance of incorporating healthy habits in both professional and personal life. Recommendations were also offered on diet, rest, stress management, physical activity and financial management.
