At Andamur, we continue to move forward with determination in our commitment to sustainability. The past year has been full of achievements that encourage us to keep working towards a more human and responsible transport sector.<\/p>\n
We have presented our fifth Sustainability Report<\/strong>, consolidated carbon neutrality for the third consecutive year<\/strong>, promoted gender equality<\/strong> in the transport sector, taken better care than ever of our drivers,<\/strong> and received the Truck Friendly Award<\/strong> for our best practices towards both transport and the people who make it possible.<\/p>\n A report that reflects our true commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n Our 2024 Sustainability Report<\/strong> highlights the progress achieved within our plan, \u201cWe Care About What Matters,\u201d<\/strong> which revolves around six key pillars: people, drivers, social commitment, environment, corporate governance, and equality.<\/p>\n Among the most notable initiatives is WOW \u2013 Women on the Way<\/strong>, a project designed to make women more visible in the transport sector and to attract female talent to a traditionally male-dominated industry. In 2024, we celebrated the first edition of the WOW Awards<\/strong>, recognizing the achievements of inspiring women in the fields of road transport, business, and innovation.<\/p>\n We also strengthened our infrastructure network with the opening of Andamur San Rom\u00e1n II (\u00c1lava)<\/strong> \u2014a new service area that triples the region\u2019s supply capacity and reaffirms our commitment to efficiency, safety, and driver well-being.<\/p>\n Caring for drivers, our top priority<\/strong><\/p>\n For more than 35 years, Andamur has been driven by a clear purpose: to take care of every driver who trusts us<\/strong>. Aware of the challenges they face every day, each October we carry out our \u201cTake Care of Your Health on the Road\u201d<\/strong> campaign \u2014an initiative that promotes healthy habits, physical activity, balanced nutrition, and proper rest during their journeys.<\/p>\n This year, the activity \u201cYour Kilometres Count\u201d<\/strong> was a great success. At our Pamplona and Guarrom\u00e1n service areas, drivers took part using our \u201cbike blenders\u201d to prepare healthy smoothies \u2014turning their effort into solidarity: 1,800 kilograms of food donated<\/strong> to the Food Banks of Navarra and Ja\u00e9n.<\/p>\n To mark the International Day of Healthy Eating<\/strong>, we also set up free fruit corners<\/strong> across all our service areas to encourage balanced diets on the road.<\/p>\n In addition, we continue expanding our network of sports facilities<\/strong>, including free gyms in La Junquera and San Rom\u00e1n, and a bicycle service that allows drivers to enjoy outdoor routes and nature during their breaks.<\/p>\n Sustainability that starts from within<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the projects we are most passionate about is our solidarity challenge \u201cYou Decide\u201d<\/strong>, where our employees choose the social organizations that will benefit from our donations. This year, we contributed \u20ac15,000<\/strong> to five associations that do extraordinary work: Val\u00f3rate M\u00e1s, Multiple Sclerosis Lorca Association, D\u2019Genes, ELA Regi\u00f3n de Murcia,<\/em> and Animal Rescue Foundation<\/em>. At Andamur, we believe that sustainability is built from within and multiplied outward<\/strong>.<\/p>\n A recognition that drives us forward<\/strong><\/p>\n All this work has been recognized with the 2025 Truck Friendly Award<\/strong> in the Organization<\/em> category, for our responsible practices towards drivers and freight transport.
