This three-day event was held in Valbuena de Duero, and brought together the main players in the temperature-controlled transport sector in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>During the different conferences, the critical challenges faced by this industry were addressed, such as the shortage of drivers, late payments, long waiting hours for loading and unloading, among other problems that affect the competitiveness and sustainability of temperature-controlled transport<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/atfrie-foto-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Andamur had an outstanding participation, where we reinforced our commitment to the refrigerated transport sector.<\/p>\n<p>We opened the conference with a <strong>welcome lunch<\/strong>, which we had the pleasure of sponsoring, and in which we were able to share a relaxed time with our colleagues in the sector, strengthen ties and generate new strategic alliances in an atmosphere of collaboration and trust.<\/p>\n<p>And, in the evening, we enjoyed a wonderful evening; the Cold Dinner.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/atfrie-foto-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The second day&#8217;s events became a space for dialogue and reflection on the current state of the sector, divided into <strong>two round tables<\/strong> that brought together experts and representatives of the main transport associations and trade unions.<\/p>\n<p>In the second of these tables, <strong>organised to highlight the socio-labour situation of the sector<\/strong>, Miguel \u00c1ngel L\u00f3pez S\u00e1nchez, CEO of Andamur, intervened and presented our <strong>\u2018Care for the driver\u2019<\/strong> initiative as one of the main axes of Andamur&#8217;s strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative seeks to improve the welfare and working conditions of drivers, a crucial aspect to ensure the sustainability of the sector in the long term.<\/p>\n<p>And as a golden finale, we ended this assembly with a playful programme that gave the attendees the opportunity to enjoy some free and relaxed time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/atfrie-foto-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1299\" height=\"974\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our support for this type of initiative is focused on our commitment to a more sustainable future for road freight transport, especially in the field of the cold chain, a crucial sector for the economy and social welfare.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank ATFRIE for the excellent reception, together with all the participants.<\/p>\n<p>We continue to work to make the transport sector more efficient, safer and committed to the welfare of all its actors, especially those who are at the heart of this industry: <strong>the drivers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>See you next year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>YOU MAY ALSO LIKE\u2026<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 47th General Assembly of the Spanish Association of Managed Temperature Transport Entrepreneurs (ATFRIE) was a key meeting point for the sector.
