The event was held at the School of Civil Engineering of the UPV.<\/p>\n<p>From Andamur, we were honoured to attend and collaborate in this important meeting that brought together leading representatives of the road transport sector to discuss the <strong>challenges and opportunities faced<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Our Commercial Director<strong>, Juan Diego Guill\u00e9n Saura<\/strong>, participated in <strong>Table 1 &#8211; Transport Overview: Where are we?<\/strong> Among the panellists were: <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Ayuso<\/strong> from Fecotrans, <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Tarazaga<\/strong>, Secretary General of ADIVA, <strong>Carlos Garc\u00eda<\/strong> from FVET and <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> from Transportave, together with our Commercial Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juan Diego Guill\u00e9n Saura<\/strong>, was able to highlight during his speech our vision of the road transport sector and its current problems:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;Andamur is facing the <strong>absence of drivers<\/strong> with initiatives such as <strong>&#8220;Care for the driver&#8221;,<\/strong> focused on improving the quality of life of drivers, and <strong>&#8220;WOW&#8221; (Women on the Way)<\/strong>, which supports and highlights the work of women in the sector, making the position more attractive for current and future drivers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Safety<\/strong> is essential for Andamur, working along three axes: <strong>driver safety, cargo safety and data security<\/strong>. This comprehensive strategy improves working conditions and addresses the driver shortage by offering a safer and more attractive environment&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;In terms of <strong>energy transition<\/strong>, Andamur is committed to a <strong>multi-energy space<\/strong>, preparing to align with the rapid evolution of the sector by adopting new technologies and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8220;<strong>Andamur&#8217;s future<\/strong> is focused on adapting to the new demands of the sector, committed to innovation and safety to maintain its leadership in transport solutions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>From Andamur it was a pleasure to attend and share ideas and knowledge with professionals dedicated to the evolution of the transport sector.
