Add the ribs and lightly fry for 5 mins. Add the sliced onions, chopped carrot, bay leaf and chopped celery.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Lightly fry:<\/h2>\n<p>Lightly fry for 5-10 mins. Add the smoked paprika and flour. Continue to lightly fry and add the white wine. Once evaporated, add the tomate frito sauce and then cover with water.
