Soften in olive oil and then add the sausage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Fry lightly:<\/h2>\n<p>Fry lightly and then add the broad beans and serrano ham. Leave to cook for about 5 mins. Now add the morcilla without its skin, spreading it on top. Fry lightly and add the chopped basil.
