Chop the potato very small, into pieces like straws. Fry the garlic in a frying pan with a good amount of olive oil.<br \/>\nThen we add the strips of onion, salt and pepper, and cook until soft. Next, we fry the potato strips in oil. Once they are fried, we take them out and drain them. Now we add the cod, stir a little, and add the potato strips. Cook for another minute.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.03.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Add the egg:<\/h2>\n<p>While the stir fry is cooking, whisk the eggs and add them to the pan.<br \/>\nStir fry well until the egg is cooked, and add the chopped parsley, check the seasoning, and it&#8217;s ready to eat.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andamur.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-10-27-a-las-20.30.07.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"142\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Salsa: <\/h2>\n<p>We take all the ingredients and chop them very small.
